We were so fortunate to have Narges guide us through the interior design of our laneway house! I had not worked with a designer before, and I’ll admit I feared that I’d end up with the designer’s vision and not my own. But I need not have worried! We hired Dynamic Space Design to help us renovate the 400 square foot second level of our house, and add storage into some other areas. Narges basically worked a miracle to incorporate a full bathroom into the design. The outcome has transformed the livability of our house. From beginning to end, Narges worked closely with us to understand our needs. Her suggestions were tasteful and stylish, and she was responsive to our budget and preferences. Narges also assembled our renovation team, who were excellent, and communicated with them whenever design decisions were needed. We heard about Narges from an acquaintance who is a builder/developer and as soon as we met her, we knew she was the right fit for us.

Narges is an absolute dream to work with. She has amazing design skills but what really stood out was the way she understood the brief: what was important to us as a family, the way we use our spaces and she never waivered from that. She helped us source some unique show-stopper design elements that really make our space shine while keeping in mind the fact that we have small children and don't need to spend $10k on some kind of fancy area rug that's going to get destroyed. Her balance of vision with the reality of our lives was on point.

We did a significant renovation and Narges was there every single step of the way. People talk about how renovations are marriage enders but I can honestly say that with Narges at the helm, the renovation was super smooth and we're so happy with the end result. Narges took what we had in our minds, elevated it and made it a reality. Narges was so patient and encouraging of all our ideas, input and feedback. She was always available to us and I was honestly so sad when the renovation was done because it meant the creative design conversations wouldn't be happening on the daily.
